Tummy Time is hard work.

It’s been exactly one year since the Olympics were held here in Vancouver. The cauldron was re-lit once again today but unfortunately I missed it. Instead, I witnessed some drunk guy riding one of the arms of the cauldron later in the night. Classy stuff.

It’s been 8 weeks now since my boy was born and I still don’t see any ‘Me’ in him. My wife’s genes are apparently exponentially stronger than mine. Here he is, pretty much filling out as expected.

I’m now a proud husband and father. My wife endured 36 hours of tough labor while I stood helplessly beside her. It began in the early mornings of November 24th. In the end, my wife gives birth to a baby boy named Kai. Hello World.

While my wife was in labor, I had to head out to move my car to avoid getting towed. This was what welcomed me when I stepped out the hospital.
